Many email services and programs require that you specify the email addresses of the people who you want to receive email from. If an email comes through from a sender who is not in your Address Book or on your Safe Senders List, the email will be treated as junk email and blocked, and you may not receive it.

To avoid having emails from Transformation Meditation (newsletters, order confirmation letters, download instructions, course correspondance, etc.) blocked by your mail service/program, please add shree@transformationmeditation.com to your address book/safe senders lists.

• If your email server (eg., Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc.) blocks email before it reaches your computer, you have to go to their website, log on to your account, and add shree@transformationmeditation.com to your Safe Senders list. (click here to read more about how to do this.)
  
  
• If your email program (Outlook, Eudora, etc.) has Junk Email filtering (or some similar feature) enabled , add shree@transformationmeditation.com to your email program's address book.
